Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We try our best to show the products exactly as they are in real life. However, colors or details may look a little different on your screen because of lighting or device settings. The product you receive will be the same style and quality as shown in the picture.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt in your account under “Orders” after you place a purchase. We also send a copy to your email for your records.
How can I return an item?
If you want to return an item, first make sure it is in original condition with all tags intact. Then, contact us through email, WhatsApp, or your account within 7 days of receiving it. We will guide you on how to send it back and get a replacement or refund.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes! Items marked as “out of stock” may be restocked later. You can sign up for notifications on the product page or check back regularly to see when they become available again.
