Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, customization, and business nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Stitched, customized, or made-to-order uniforms
  • Hosiery and innerwear items (socks, vests, thermal wear, etc.)
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item showing clear signs of use
  • Item returned without original packaging or tags
  • Item damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item returned after 10 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank (processing time may vary)
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@uniformer.pk

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless defective.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued after return approval
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer

Return Shipping

To return your product, send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We do not guarantee receipt of untracked return shipments
