About These Terms

By submitting a registration request, the school confirms it is authorized to share the provided information.
These terms are designed to keep the process simple, credible, and mutually respectful.

1) Eligibility

Schools, colleges, and educational institutes may apply. The school must provide accurate details such as official name,
campus location, and an authorized contact person.

2) Accuracy of Information

The school is responsible for keeping uniform details and contacts correct. If the uniform changes (color, badge, design),
please notify Uniformer to avoid parent confusion.

3) Purpose of Listing

The listing helps families identify the correct uniform requirements and supports consistent fulfillment through Uniformer
and its partner network.

4) School Name & Logo Use

If shared by the school, Uniformer may display the school name and logo only for identification and uniform listing.
Uniformer does not claim ownership of any school branding.

5) Uniform Specifications

Schools may share uniform specs (colors, fabric guidance, size charts, badge placement). Uniformer will use these details
to maintain consistency and reduce errors.

6) Quality Commitment

Uniformer aims to provide durable, comfortable uniforms aligned with the shared specifications. Final policy enforcement
remains with the school administration.

7) Pricing & Payments

Registration is generally free unless a special written agreement exists (custom items, bulk supply, or exclusive arrangements).
Any paid terms will be documented separately.

8) Data & Privacy

School information is used only for listing, verification, and communication. Uniformer does not sell school data.
Access is restricted to operational needs.

9) Updates & Removal

Schools may request edits or removal at any time. Uniformer may remove listings if details are unverifiable,
misleading, or violate reasonable platform policies.

10) Professional Conduct

We expect respectful communication. Uniformer may refuse service or listing where abusive behavior, misinformation,
or harmful conduct is involved.

11) Changes to These Terms

Uniformer may update these terms to improve clarity and operations. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
